This Privacy Policy describes how 2nd Place Winners, LLC ("we," "us," or "Sign & Social") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at signandsocial.com (the "Site"), interact with us by phone or text, or use any of our services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to information about agents, brokers, and other customers ("you") who interact with us directly. It does not govern data that our customers process on their own clients through Services we provide to them; that data is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, available on request.
Sign & Social is operated by 2nd Place Winners, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. Our primary mailing address is Columbiana, Alabama 35051, United States. The data controller responsible for the information collected through the Site and Services is 2nd Place Winners, LLC. Our contact details are in the last section of this policy.
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically when you interact with the Site, and information we receive from third parties.

We use SMS for two distinct purposes: (a) transactional messages directly related to a service you have requested or that affects your account, and (b) marketing messages promoting our products, services, or content. We separate these two categories on every consent surface.
We collect explicit opt-in for SMS only when you affirmatively check a consent box, check a tick during a transaction, or otherwise positively confirm consent in writing. We log the opt-in event with a timestamp, the source of the opt-in (form name, URL, or campaign), and the exact disclosure language displayed at the time of opt-in. We never assume opt-in based on you giving us a phone number for other purposes.
Disclosure language displayed at opt-in includes: the identity of the sender (Sign & Social), the purpose of messages, the typical message frequency, the statement that message and data rates may apply, the opt-out instruction (reply STOP), the help instruction (reply HELP), and a link to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts thereafter. Reply HELP to any message for help information. You can also opt out of all SMS, including transactional, by emailing us at Aaron@SignAndSocial.com; we will switch you to email-only communications for service matters.
SMS originator opt-in data — including the phone number you have given us, the timestamp of opt-in, and the consent language shown — is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with our SMS infrastructure providers (such as HighLevel and underlying carriers including Twilio) solely to deliver messages you have opted in to receive. These providers act as our processors and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Message frequency varies depending on the messages you have opted in to receive. For marketing SMS, frequency typically does not exceed a few messages per week. Transactional SMS frequency depends on activity in your account.
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site for purposes that include keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, measuring how the Site is used, and supporting basic marketing analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Do Not Track signals where technically feasible by limiting analytics collection. We do not currently engage in cross-site behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out.
We share information only in the following circumstances:

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Customer account data is retained for the life of your account plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration required by applicable telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time per Section 9.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of data at rest at the storage layer, access controls on production systems, periodic review of access privileges, and use of reputable cloud infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique, strong password and notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sign & Social is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., be aware that information we collect is processed and stored in the U.S. and may be subject to U.S. law. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, please reach out and we will work with you on appropriate processing arrangements.
The Services are intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and business users — adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at Aaron@SignAndSocial.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site, by email to active customers, or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
