A few things are priced à la carte because they depend on your local market, your team size, or the data you bring in. We pass these through honestly so you can budget for them.
IDX/MLS data integration
We pass through the IDX platform we use at wholesale cost. Your MLS board charges a separate data-access fee that varies by market (typically $25–$150+ per month, depending on the board). We bill that fee at exact cost and show you the invoice. No hidden markup.
Quoted at onboarding once we confirm your specific MLS board.
Team & brokerage add-on agents
Teams: $397/mo base + $197/mo per additional agent at founder rate (standard: $497 base + $297/agent). Brokerages of 5+ agents: same per-agent math plus a private monthly strategy session and Academy cohort.
Includes 2 agents in the base team plan. Add or remove agents at any monthly renewal.
Additional SMS credits
If your usage exceeds your included monthly SMS, additional credits are billed at standard HighLevel rates (currently around $0.0125 per outbound segment for U.S. numbers). You'll see usage and overage on every monthly invoice — no surprise auto-recharges.
Custom buildouts
If you need something that isn't in the library — a custom workflow, a unique integration, an agent-specific pillar — we scope it as a paid buildout. Quoted up front, billed once, and added to your workstation as a permanent capability.
