Sign & Social is operated by 2nd Place Winners, LLC, a privately-held Alabama company. We're a small, focused team that designs, builds, and runs a managed AI department for licensed residential real estate agents. We work with our customers on a first-name basis. We answer the phone. We do not gate knowledge or hold data hostage.

Our mission

AI is an amplifier, not a replacement.

The version of "AI for real estate" that ships today is mostly a feature dump: a chatbot widget, a content generator, a CRM auto-responder, glued together with marketing copy. It saves a little time. It also dilutes the agent's voice, hands data to a stranger's database, and trains the buyer to expect a robot on the other end.

We think AI should do the opposite. It should give a licensed agent more capacity to be human — to reply faster, post more consistently, remember more clients, run cleaner transactions, and walk into Monday morning knowing what actually matters this week. The system should make the agent look more like themselves, not less.

We call this AI = Amplified Interactions. Every product decision we make passes through that filter.

Honest marketing.

We do not publish fabricated testimonials, fake customer counts, or invented case studies. If we don't have the data, we don't make the claim. We persuade with the offer, not with theater.

You own the asset.

Your contacts, your transactions, your trained voice profile, your content library — all of it sits on a workstation that's yours. If you ever decide to leave, you keep the data, the playbooks, and the knowledge.

Generous over smart.

If a refund is the right answer, the refund is the right answer — and you keep the bonuses, the content, and the training. Goodwill compounds. Retention games don't.

Eat our own cooking.

Every product we sell, we run inside our own business first. Cadence answers our phone. The voice engine writes our drafts. The Monday Brief runs our week. If it isn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough to ship.

The agent stays in the loop.

Outbound replies, posts, and campaigns ship only with your approval. You're the licensed professional. We do not put words in your clients' inboxes that you didn't sign off on.

Founder

Aaron Oliver

Aaron is the founder of Sign & Social and the operator behind 2nd Place Winners, LLC. He builds the platform, leads the Live AI Academy sessions, and works directly with founding members through onboarding.

Before Sign & Social, Aaron spent years on the operations and technology side of independent businesses — building the systems that hold a small company together. He started Sign & Social because the agents he kept meeting were drowning in tools that promised "AI" and delivered noise. He wanted to build something that actually amplified the agent instead of speaking for them.

Sign & Social is a d/b/a of 2nd Place Winners, LLC, registered in Alabama. We operate primarily out of two locations in central Alabama — Columbiana and Sylacauga — and serve customers across the United States remotely.

We are a small, privately-funded team. We do not have outside investors, we do not have an exit timeline, and we do not optimize for growth-at-all-costs. We optimize for the agents we work with renewing every year because the system pays for itself.
